He started his career at a corporate coatings company in Arizona, where he worked his way up from an entry-level position to a supervisor managing a team of many. Junior later became the National Training Technician, responsible for educating new franchisees on everything related to concrete coatings. After witnessing countless franchisees flourish in their markets for over a decade, Junior decided to establish Garage Floor Concrete Coatings in Southern California.
