The owner Junior Irvin has been in the coatings industry for over 18 years. He got most of his experience while working for a corporate coatings company in Arizona. Starting as the grunt man in the back seat, Junior had to learn and prove himself to excel and eventually become a supervisor running a crew of 4. A few years later, Junior would become the National Training Technician whose responsibilities were to train new and upcoming franchisees. After 10+ years of seeing successful franchisees thrive in their markets Junior decided to open Garage Floor Concrete Coatings in southern California.
